Location short walk to both the beach and the shops and restaurants in Nang Thong as well as the Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park. Lovely food in the bar for breakfast.

The breakfast was extensive for every taste, I tried good pancakes, eggs, and fruit. Its location at a short distance from Mcdonald Khaolak was best possible and peaceful.

The breakfast was reasonable and extensive with nice atmosphere and every taste and the restaurant food was savoury. The location was best possible in a good location to do so many activities.

Excellent pool, parking nearby. Reasonably well appointed and modern unit with an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location was unbeatable close to the beach and a 20-minute walk to the centre.

It has stunning, comfy setting, not far from a shopping strip, outside restaurants and the beach and pools. Nang Thong Beach is a district that deserves exploring. The room is reasonably priced.

Great location, I was close to the beach. You could walk to a market and all the main shops. Extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating staff of the hotel from the landscaping team to higher management. The breakfast was enjoyable for every taste, and the pool was nice.

Wonderful hotel with amazingly nice employees from the landscaping team to higher management. Politeness from the whole staff. The pool area is great too. The check out is late. Great and beautiful location, a couple of blocks away from Lighthouse Khao Lak...

Booked 3 nights ended up staying 8, so good. Although resort is large it is so well laid out you would never know and caters for couples and families alike in different areas. Resort has everything you need. We were upgrades to the royal thai villa with private pool and it was just amazing. Grounds are stunning and staff are just so beautiful and attend to your every need. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Location is perfect. Shops restaurants and a truly beautiful beach all surround you. I loved this place and Khao Lak is just beautiful. Will be the first choice for my next trip to Thailand.

Only thing missing was free wifi. Could be brought though. Only a minor issue and everything else more than compensates for that.

Everyone was CARING and attentive. Asked for the deluxe twin room and it was ready when we arrived.

Also, location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Fantastic. There were the main shopping center and shopping centers around the hotel. The venue was modern and the beachfront restaurant was good.

During my recent stay at Seaview Resort, I was delighted by the stunning location right next to the beautiful beach. The feeling of solitude was just what I needed, and being able to easily walk to local restaurants and shops was a bonus. The staff at the resort were incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel truly welcome and at home. Despite a small issue with a musty smell in one of our rooms , the overall experience was fantastic.

Great location and value for money as we went in the off/rainy season, even though we had 8 days of sunshine for the 11 days we were there. Staff were excellent and attentative. There were a few problems when we first arrived with room service, but they were corrected immediately. Some areas of resort looked a bit worn out, but they had repairs going on to fix up these areas. Recommend that couples/newlyweds only go in the off/rainy season for relaxation as it is a large resort and I could see that it would become quite populated in the Summer season as the resort caters for families with children of all ages.

Room service food was not up to restaurant standard.

We had a lovely time in Khaolak, and enjoyed the sea view resort and spa very much even though it was the green season and they were doing renovations whilst we were there it didn't interfere with our stay at all. The staff were great and we were looked after so well . The location is fantastic, just a short stroll up the quiet road to the main shopping area and eateries. We stayed in the beach side wing and recommend it as a better option , we had a private plunge pool which was brilliant.

The only thing I can find fault in which was unfortunate for us was that they were redoing the grouting of the main pool whilst we were there so we missed out on using that however it made for interesting watching as it was quite a big job as that pool is huge and next visit we will look forward to enjoying a dip in a fresh new pool. We still had use of the pool down near the beach which was also of decent size and almost no-one except us in it .
